The IANT service agreement for your IANT VoIP solution ensures a permanently carefree telephony in your enterprise. The standard service includes:

  • Maintenance/Inspection of the telephone system
  • Remote supervision of your telephone system
  • Configuration changes
  • Diagnosis and problem elimination

Thereby we guarantee that your request is answered after 4 hours at most during our normal working hours. We additionally offer extended service hours and shorter response times. Adjust the SLA according to your needs!
