About Us

In the early 2000s, our specialist-team began as a research group at the Ostfalia University. Our team made contributions in areas such as conformance testing, protocol expansion and High Availability for the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), then an up and coming protocol. Today, this protocol is the foundation of Voice over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications (UC) technologies. With this in-depth technical knowledge, the IANT was founded in 2009. The name IANT (International Applied NGN Technologies) is also from this time, which we continue to use, even though the term Next Generation Networks is no longer widely used for All-IP networks.

Today, as specialized systems integrators, we offer our customers project planning, deployment, installation and operation of Voice over IP telephony and Unified Communications systems. Our experience reaches back to when the SIP protocol was actively being developed. This allows us to consider many factors when planning large and complex systems.
